The consumer wants a quick settlement while the supplier also wants to know what the cause is to prevent future complaints. This often creates all kinds of procedures to get it right, which in turn costs time and manpower.

As an add-on to our order and product configuration systems, we therefore offer the option of also digitising your complaint process. Based on the existing order information, you can easily enter, assess and handle the complaint. Of course, also with the option of uploading photos. So, in addition to all your orders, you also have the complaints digitally to hand.
